CME-4311-OBS is specifically adapted for ocean bottom applications and is a version of CME-4311. This model share main technical parameters with corresponding regular unit but have a specially designed compact lightweight case, a flat flexible signal cable and consume less power. Specially designed hardware allows the seismometer to be installed inside titanim or glass waterproof spheres usually used in ocean bottom installations.
